Here’s a small sample of their work



Horizon is a housing development in Semiahmoo, Washington.
They plan to build 650 homes on 200 acres overlooking Birch Bay.
Normally I wouldn’t be very interested in featuring a single family housing development, because they’re always full of the most dissapointingly tacky architecture, but this development caught my attention because it’s completely the opposite. The developers have hired Olson Sundberg Kundig Allen Architects to design 9 houses that you can choose from, and they certainly delivered some remarkable results. This might be the best looking single family housing development I’ve ever seen.
