They plan to build 650 homes on 200 acres overlooking Birch Bay.</p>
<p>Normally I wouldn&#8217;t be very interested in featuring a single family housing development, because they&#8217;re always full of the most dissapointingly tacky architecture, but this development caught my attention because it&#8217;s completely the opposite.  The developers have hired <a href="http://www.oskaarchitects.com" target="_blank">Olson Sundberg Kundig Allen Architects</a> to design 9 houses that you can choose from, and they certainly delivered some remarkable results.  This might be the best looking single family housing development I&#8217;ve ever seen.</p>
