Pacific Northwest Regional Architecture

This is an excellent new house in the Gonzales neighbourhood of Victoria, BC

It was built by Abstract Developments who have built some great properties in Victoria recently.

The attention to detail on this house is amazing, from the architecture to the materials, they put a lot of thought and care into this house which is now a beautiful icon for this picturesque neighbourhood.

A great looking feature I’d like to point out is how they finished the concrete around the terraces that slope down to the beach. It looks so much better than if they had just left it as bare concrete.
